This coffee is a washed Yellow Caturra from Fredesvinda Estela’s El Cacao farm in Cajamarca, Peru, grown at 1,850 meters. It comes from the 2025 harvest and is fully traceable to a single producer. The lot is small, with 74 bags produced, and was processed using a traditional washed method.
The cup profile leans sweet and balanced, with notes of praline, chocolate, golden raisin, and orange. Body is medium with a honey-like sweetness and a clean finish. This is a consistent, clearly structured coffee that reflects careful farm management and processing.
